When I first started reading this book I was a little put off by the plot line. Ethan dead? I was so hoping he wouldn't have died (again) and I was so upset to see that he died. I didn't quite understand how an entire book could be about a dead guy. But the more I read, I fell in love with the story. The parts about the Caster Chronicles were really interesting and kind of creepy. I was sad that Amma died, and I wished she had gotten time to be reunited with Ethan before she went through the void, but ultimately, it was the best thing. As much as I kept crying throughout the end, Beautiful Redemption was very sweet. It was extremely uplifting (especially the epilogue) and made me want to go out and live my life to the fullest.
